Establish the “Lanka Central Network”
Blockchain developed Central Master Database for protection of state resources and citizens services and eliminate the need for multiple human points of contact that result in inefficiency and potential for corruption.
First we need to establish all what the state owns, as more unseen losses are happening in the country by plunderers of state resources. From timber, to lease cultivation lands and tenders, the state is having an unseen loss.
To help document workflows across the ministries, an additional subject can be introduced to state universities as the “Students State Contribution” where one subject of the student contributes his/her time to a project of the state.
This bring more inclusivity and accountability as the young people also then have a chance to contribute towards a digital Sri Lanka.
